Development of Engineers For Tomorrow [DEFT]

A diverse education focused program involving the collaboration of students, companies, professors, and school departments, creating a proactive solution approach to improve interorganizational relations, maximize student involvment, and formulate growth-centric policy. With each concept milestone and phase approached, the overarching objective of the initiative is to generate innovation within the local engineering industry, energize, educate, and cultivate student communities, and create a written framework for every school department to utilize. Throughout each phase student behaviors, self-efficacy, and engineering performance factors will be analyzed and modeled to adjust decision making and policy.
